The front desk was very accommodating and helpful with our large group. The room quality was solid and we had no issues the entire time. We arent from New York, but the front desk guided us to some of the best restaurants to go to.

The expansive grounds, intricate design elements, and a staff that anticipates every need showcases the hotel's commitment to excellence. Stayed here for a short trip down to BK for a show at Mirage. Our hotel last minute closed on us and sent us packing so we booked this rather close to our trip date. Everyone was in town so provers were higher than normal. We didn’t need to use the room much aside from sleeping and cleaning ourselves up. The rooms are lovely. Lots of pillows and a nice kitchenette area. The bathrooms are small as to be expected in NY but it fit all our needs. You could hear the upstairs guests walking, just noting if that’s an issue for you. Service was also as to be expected. Complementary coffee in the morning was also decent. Cucumber water was available at 3 am so that was a lifesaver. We drove in so the parking lot w/ gate and $22 fee was very convenient. Overall would stay again but also try to book ahead to save some coin.

Was very accommodating and had good customer service from Arianna and Lene, who were willing to help us with our bags and any questions we had. The hotel is a good location in Brooklyn and has a cozy vibe and atmosphere, and the rooms were clean.
